When on leave from 36/22.(1976) I was working as Head Chef on a yard in Orkanger Norway. A French company name "Spie Batanolles" had 400 persons working on the yard with modules for TCP 2 Frigg. I was there to make sure they got the food they wanted. This was first time I become familar with Elf Aquitaine. Little I know then I should spend 26 years working on the Frigg Field. On contract for Elf / Total.

I was working there on the whole hook upp (tie upp) who lasted 1.year.
We had upp to 600 lunch served every day. About 2000 persons where working onthe Frigg Field at the time.1977 - 1978.

Twice on my time on Frigg Field I was called onshore for a few weeks working on the Kollsnes Camp.
First time to start up the first kitchen (of 4)
Then after to help with the new cleaning contract we got on the whole camp.

I was working on Draugen only a few month. The management was great and the rest of the crew very frendly.

I was Chief Steward for 3 -4 month on the project. But all together I had about 3 years on Snorre A.
